The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source, firm fixed price delivery order, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0003, to the Raytheon Company, El Segundo, CA. Originally synopsized under "RAAFECP-6381," this order is for the provision of drawings updates, IAW ECP-MDC-F/A-18-6381, AN/APG-79(V) AESA Radar General Purpose Processor 3 (GPP3) Upgrade for Royal Australian Airforce (RAAF) Incorporation" into RAAF F/A-18F and EA-18G Aircraft. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
