THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-09-D-JQ69. This requirement is for a contract modification to N00164-09-D-JQ69 P00003 to add a CLIN to procure AN/PVS-15A Night Vision Goggle’s with an indefinite definite quantity of 1600. Award to any other source would result in a substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition and would cause unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement.
