The purpose of Amendment 00004 is to reopen RFQ N0060426Q4048, allow alternative product 1.6TB Enterprise NVMe G65ZP9Y for 1.92 TB data center 400-BKFI, add combined synopsis solicitation amendment 00004, add Q&A rev.1, require submission of manufacturer authorization letter, all previous offerors must resubmit a quote and all applicable documents, and extend the submission date to 10 am HST on Thursday 02 July 2026.


The purpose of Amendment 00003 is to clarify that offerors shall be authorized to distribute from the manufacturer as well as providing manufacturer warranty support based on the answers from amendment 00002 and extend the submission date to 10 am HST on Tuesday 23 June 2026.


The purpose of Amendment 00002 is to remove references to the Buy American Act and any associated clauses, as it does not apply to this requirement, to revise solicitation requirements to clarify the need for New Condition Products only, and to add attachment three (3) Questions and Answers.
