The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, has awarded a firm fixed price contract to TRU VANTAGE SOLUTIONS, INC., a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, for the comprehensive installation and integration of a Software House CCURE 9000 Physical Access Control System at the Lee County Health Clinic in Cape Coral, Florida. The contract, valued at $386,800.60 and awarded on June 12, 2026, with an effective date of June 15, 2026, encompasses all aspects of the project including the provision and deployment of FIPS 201-compliant HID pivCLASS SE RP40-H PIV card readers, iSTAR Ultra controllers, CAT 6A plenum-rated network cabling, system licensing, detailed system mapping, and full commissioning. The work must be completed within the performance period of April 15, 2026, to September 14, 2026, under FOB Destination terms, ensuring all equipment arrives sealed in original manufacturer packaging and meets strict compliance standards such as NEC, NFPA 70, and ANSI/TIA-569. The contractor is required to employ only Software House-certified technicians and must conduct pre-installation risk assessments, including an Infection Control Risk Assessment and Pre-Construction Risk Assessment, with approval from the Government’s point of contact before any work begins. The contract mandates the delivery of full documentation, including as-built drawings, device inventories with serial numbers and MAC addresses, and comprehensive system test results verifying access control, alarm functionality, door status reporting, and secure network segmentation. Onsite training for six Government personnel, including three at an advanced installer level, is a required deliverable. Payment will be processed exclusively via Electronic Funds Transfer through the System for Award Management after successful Government acceptance at the facility, using the VA’s Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment system.
