This "Special Notice" is posted for purposes of FBO Transmission and is duplicative to the Award Notice posted to SPAWAR E-Commerce website at https://ecommerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific has awarded a firm-fixed-price modification on a sole source basis to Senspex Incorporated (Cage: 1XAW2). See attached Justification and Approval for additional details. Subject action related to Notice of Intent entitled "Notice of Intent to Solicit & Award Sole Source Purchase Order Modification to Senspex, Inc." posted on 06 June 2019. The contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government negotiated with only one source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR subpart 13.5.
