The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Advanced Dicing Technologies (ADT). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: AR927-0000-000-00 - Water Recycle System QTY: 1 ITEM 0002: 00927-0923-000-00 - DI-Water External Module QTY: 1 ITEM 0003: 00927-0927-000-00 - Built in Chiller module & temp control (50/60HZ) QTY: 1 ITEM 0004: 23100-0017-001 - Membrane - Ultra Filtration Elements Filtration Elements QTY: 2 ITEM 0005: 00927-0902-001-00 - Washable Slurry Bags 1 Micron QTY: 10 The above supplies are part of ADTs water recycling system. ADTs system will interface with an ADT system already in use by the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
