The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to award a modification on a sole source basis to Eurofins Environment Testing Northern California, LLC (Eurofins) (CAGE Code: 1PAE5) of West Sacramento, CA to procure additional Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) analysis for tissue samples following EPA method 1633 performed by Eurofins. This contract modification is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price contract within the subject contract's existing period of performance. The anticipated contract modification award date is 07 JAN 2025. Based on an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement, the agency has identified only one responsible source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements.
