This procurement is for the services of Instruments, Inc. to conduct a feasibility study to modify and upgrade the existing Instruments, Inc. S16 switching amplifier unit to output increased kilowatts. The specifications deliverable will include: - System Objectives - Electrical and Physical Specifications (voltage/current requirements, power output, heat production, physical dimensions, weight, etc.) - General Top-Level Design Overview - Sub-Assemblies Identified with General Design Overview Feasibility Study shall be delivered per the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) No. A001. Based on an approved Justification For Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other vendors will satisfy agency requirements.
