The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Kintronic Laboratories. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: L26T-40-24ID-H - 26-Turn, horizontal inductor, formed from OD copper tubing on 24 ID with 0.875 pitch. Each include 4 mounting insulators and 2 tap clips. Manufacturer: Kintronic QTY: 2 Item 0002: L44T-40-24ID-V - 44-Turn, vertical inductor, formed from OD copper tubing on 24 ID with 0.875 pitch. Each include 6 mounting insulators and 2 tap clips. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
