The requirement is for the following: Item 0001: Echoteck Series: JTAG Adapter - Intel/Microchip Item #: 911-18298-01 Manufacturer: Mercury Systems Inc. QTY: 2 Item 0002: 3U VPX Develop Chassis Model 8257 with Option 004 Item #: 8257.06 Manufacturer: Mercury Systems Inc. QTY: 2 Item 0003 RTM for Model DRF3182 Item #: 5901.06 Manufacturer: Mercury Systems Inc. QTY: 2 This procurement is for two (2) Echoteck Series : JTAG Adapter - Intel/Microchip, two (2) 3U VPX Develop Chassis Model 8357 with Option 004, and two (2) RTM for Model DRF3182. Mercury Systems Inc. was the only provider of this equipment with no known distributors and using a different brand would void the current warranty and cost several multiples of the cost of this acquisition. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
