Posted Date: July 11, 2012 Procurement Office: USPFO for Minnesota, 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56345 Response Date: July 19 , 2012 In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), The USPFO-MN intends to award a sole source purchase order to NAPCO International, LLC. of Hopkins, MN for CX-2402/ANR Cable Adapters. The justification is as follows. USPFO-MN seeks to purchase CX-2402/ANR Cable Adapters for AN/VIC-1(V). The equipment requested is specifically designed to interface between currently fielded vehicles with AN/VIC-1 systems and VIC-3 crew headsets. The desired adapter cables must be, 1) compatible with the existing VIC-1 communications systems already installed in our vehicles and VIC-3 headsets worn by crew members. 2) Adapter cables must be able to delivered immediately ARO. NAPCO International, LLC. is the only known manufacturer of such a cable and can meet the delivery requirement. Any firm that believes it is capable of manufacturing and delivering within the time constraints stated herein may submit a capability statement, which if received within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing and provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions should be directed to Todd F.
