Title: Nashlyn Pasture Storage Equipment Shop Location: Nashlyn Pasture Yard SE 1 3 27 W3M, RM of Reno, SK Two Phase Selection Process: This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Work Description: Purpose: Construction of a new building for storage equipment at Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) at Nashlyn Pasture Site. Objective: Work of this Contract comprises of: Supply and construct a new 16.46m (54’-0”) x 21.95m (72’-0”) shop building with an eave height of 4.87m (16’-0”). Building to include shop area, kitchen/office area, washroom, mechanical/electrical room and storage mezzanine. The Contractor will provide all building systems including: ? Metal clad insulated double pitched roof system ? Metal clad insulated exterior wall systems ? Overhead doors ? Walk-in doors ? Storage mezzanine ? Windows ? HVAC Systems ? Plumbing ? Electrical ? Site Services ? Propane tank Estimated Value: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $450,000.00 and $650,000.00 (taxes excluded).
