The USACE intends to award a sole source contract to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for World Congress 2026 in Orlando, FL. It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under RFO FAR Part 12 and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to NCMA, which has no authorized resellers. Performance is anticipated to begin on July 26, 2026 and end on July 30, 2026. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training.


This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.
