The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to release a solicitation for the award of a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide the CMS with a mechanism to support the agency in conducting a full range of activities associated with developing, implementing, and evaluating national integrated communications campaigns. This IDIQ will primarily focus on conducting a full range of activities associated with executing CMS outreach, education, and communication campaign efforts and initiatives, coordinated with both internal and external stakeholders at a national, regional, state, and local level. This procurement will be a full and open competition. It is anticipated that four (4) to six (6) awards will be made. The period of performance for this IDIQ is estimated at September 1, 2025 - September 31, 2032. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541810-Advertising Agencies.
