The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the provision of multi-faith Chaplain services for individuals detained within the CBSA Immigration Holding Centres (IHCs), for immigration purposes in accordance with legislative grounds outlined under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). The provision of in-person chaplaincy services is required at the following CBSA locations: the British Columbia (BC) IHC located in Surrey, BC; the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) IHC located in Mississauga, Ontario; and, the Laval IHC, located in Laval, Quebec. It is intended to result in the award of up to three (3) contract(s), each for one (1) year with the option of up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions.
