Full Description
The War Media Activity (WMA) intends to execute a modification to contract HQ0516-21-C-0011 with Navancio LLC., to provide critical AFN Go app service and support while the new AFN Go app development is completed. This modification will be for a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract with a period of performance of 01 August 2026 – 31 January 2027. The regulatory authority which permits this single source procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. This authority is supported by an approved Justification and Approval. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The anticipated modification date is 30 June 2026. This requirement is to provide the development, and subsequent hosting and technical support, of a modern, multiplatform, Audio Over IP (AoIP) APP to efficiently and effectively engage its core demographics, which include US military and government service members, family members and military retirees living and working outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
