Support encompasses technical maintenance, configuration management, system onboarding and decommissioning, upgrade works, training, event support, and spare parts management under detailed governance structures defined in Annexes V, W, and Q. The contractual framework includes mandatory compliance with NATO SECRET-level personnel security clearances, strict prohibitions on remote access, and requirements for English-language documentation and communication. Cost structures include one-time initiation fees, monthly unit support costs per system, leasing options (12–60 months), and milestone-based invoicing for upgrades, with pricing ceilings outlined in Annex H. Performance is governed by service-level agreements, audit rights, and formal acceptance protocols for new systems, upgrades, and transitions, with penalties for non-compliance such as service credits or payment withholding. Contractors must retain all data for audit purposes for at least one year and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with supporting evidence, ensuring full traceability and adherence to lifecycle workflows from startup to closeout. Full compliance requires signed certification through Annex X, affirming acceptance of all terms, annexes, and liability provisions without deviation.
