MICC Fort Polk intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for nine (9) each semi-ruggedized, hand-held battery operable Navwar Electronic Attack Trainers (NEAT) to Novatel INC UEI GTWYCC85JN35. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing; the PSC Code is 6940 Communication Training Devices Business size standard is 1,350 employees. Pursuant to FAR 12.201-1 For commercial acquisitions valued at or below the simplified
acquisition threshold.
This requirement will be awarded on an other than full and open competition with a projected award date of May 01, 2026, utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Description: This requirement is for nine (9) NEAT devices to replicate Global Positioning System (GPS) denied training environments in a semi-ruggedized hand-held form factor that and current approval/certifications from the Military Command, Control, Communications and Computers Executive Board to operate on Department of War Installations (to include components) and Joint Forces.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement (limited to a five-page PDF document) of what they are able to provide in response to meet the above description (to include number of days ARO) which will be considered by the agency.
The response period will close at 11:00 AM Central Standard Time on April 13, 2026. Responses received after this date and time will be considered late will not be considered.
