The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using other than full and open competiion to Exelis, Inc., a subsidiary of Harris Corporation located at 77 River Road Clifton, NJ 07014. The contract provides engineering and software support services (investigations of anomalies, software engineering, systems engineering, software and firmware maintenance, support tools and facilities maintenance, documentation, and hardware maintenance and upgrades) for the Advanced Self-Protection Jammer (ASPJ) AN/ALQ-165, the Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures (IDECM) AN/ALQ-214, and the Software Improvement Plan (SWIP) to the AN/ALQ-214.
