The Navy’s Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) is preparing to award a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the repair of flight-critical Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) items related to the P-8 aircraft and T700 turbo engine systems. The agreement will be issued under 10 USC 3204(A)(1), allowing for a sole source award to BAE Systems Controls INC. (CAGE 63760), as this is the only qualified source approved for these repairs due to their critical nature and insufficient technical data to support full and open competition. Any proposals from other companies must include complete documentation as outlined in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure, demonstrating either prior experience with similar items or justification for being a new source. Proposals lacking this required information or evidence of a pending source approval request will be rejected. If source approval cannot be finalized in time, award decisions will prioritize fleet operational needs. The solicitation is posted with a response deadline of July 30, 2026, and is classified as a presolicitation with no set-aside provision. The contract falls under NAICS code 336413 and is administered from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, with Kristen Florczak as the primary point of contact.
