NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), intends to award a firm fixed price sole source procurement with BRO-RICO Manufacturing, Inc, 691 W Liberty ST, Medina, OH 44256-2225 to provide: All or None applies CLIN 0001- QTY 2 Each Pallet Trucks, Navy EE 6,000 Walkie Pallet Trucks with user manuals per specification NAVICP-M PD1610 CLIN 0002 - QTY 1 Battery, Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333924, Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing, which has an annual size standard of 750 employees. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
