NAWCAD WOLF Identification Systems Technical Management Support Services RFO
Solicitation # N0042126R1023
Solicitation N0042126R1023 is a small business set-aside request for proposal issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division for Identification Systems Technical Management Support Services at the Webster Outlying Field. This firm-fixed-price level of effort task order, managed under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract, covers a five-year period of performance consisting of one base year and four option years. The requirement specifies a total of 430,070 direct labor hours to support the organic Lead Systems Integrator model across four core technical areas: technical management, budget execution and N-ERP support, material procurement, and data management, as well as graphics, media, and communications support for various major defense acquisition programs. The contract requires a hybrid work model with a mandate for three days of on-site performance per week at Patuxent River or St. Inigoes, Maryland. Award decisions are based on a non-price rating system where technical capabilities, evaluated through a sample task and key personnel resumes, and past performance are used to determine a highest evaluated threshold, with price serving as the final deciding factor among equal ratings.
