The Government requires SME support to assist with pre-award planning, solicitation development, technical evaluation support, post-award design review, installation quality oversight, testing and acceptance support, accreditation readiness, and sustainment transition. The IDS/ACS effort is for a SCIF at NBSFS and must support physical security, cybersecurity, SCIF accreditation, SSO review, ATO/ATC support, AO review, UL 2050 certification, NIST 128-bit encryption certification, training, testing, and sustainment requirements.
The objective of this RFI is to solicit Letters of Interest (LOI) from potential contractors that can complete the work outlined in the RFI Notice. Letters of Interest are due on or before 1:00 PM ET, 2 June 2026 and must be sumitted to Contracts Specialist Rachyl Cushman (rachyl.cushman@us.af.mil) and Contracting Officer Kristin Morrison (kristin.morrison.1@us.af.mil)
