NC27-116 Non-Functional Turf Case Study (A)

The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: a study to establish a baseline framework for non-functional turf management in Utah and conduct a deep-dive technical and economic case study on one set of selected public or private institutions (e.g., several university campuses, a municipal facility network, a school district, etc.) located within the Great Salt Lake watershed..
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 18 months Please note that the scope of work must be completed within 12 months, cost should reflect 12 months of time. The 18 month contract timeframe is built in for administrative closeout.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 12 months.
