The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Quantico, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) (21740 Beaumeade Circle, Suite 125, Ashburn VA 20147) for 243 organizational memberships. The membership is needed to foster professional growth and educational advancement of the contracting competency.
