The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), located at 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, Virginia 22134, intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), located at 21740 Beaumeade Circle, Suite 125, Ashburn, Virginia 20147.
