NDSU - Optical Profilometer

North Dakota State University (NDSU) is soliciting bids under solicitation number SRC000475 for a non-contact optical profilometer system. The equipment will be used for polymer surface roughness and surface topography measurements to support research on electrically responsive surface textures for autonomous platforms. The system must feature a modular architecture to allow for future upgrades. The award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who meets all mandatory technical specifications. Bidders must submit a Cost Proposal Form and a Technical Compliance Form, including a compliance matrix and supporting manufacturer documentation, via the NDBuys portal by November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The scope of work includes the delivery of the profilometer system, operational software, installation, configuration, functional demonstration, and user training.
