CITY OF SHORELINE REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS RFQ 1367835 Federal Aid number (TBD) NE 175th Street – 5th Ave NE to 15th Ave NE Safety Improvements Project Submit no later than June 8, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time Pursuant to RCW 39.80, the City of Shoreline, Washington (City) is soliciting a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from firms or individuals interested in providing design services, community outreach, and environmental review for the NE 175th Street – 5th Ave NE to 15th Ave NE Safety Improvements Project (Project). This Project is funded by federal funds with the potential for local funds to supplement if necessary, and is subject to all related requirements including following WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements. Respondents are advised that as a federally funded project, the selected consultant(s) shall be held to Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. This Request for SOQ and any issued Addenda are published on publicpurchase.com. Instructions for registering and accessing publicpurchase.com are on the City website at shorelinewa.gov/bidsandrfps. Interested parties can sign up to receive notification of any published addenda, however, it is the Respondent’s sole responsibility to review all project documents published on publicpurchase.com prior to submittal of their SOQ. The City intends to execute a WSDOT Local Agency Professional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate Agreement (see Attachment #1) with the most qualified respondent for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend for additional time or funds if needed.
