OPI is seeking bids for 5" neoprene foam mattress cores for the OPI mattress factory located at the Chillicothe Correctional Instituion.
Offerors must review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all required documentation via OhioBuys. All bids and inquiries must be submitted through OhioBuys. After the initial contract period, any economic price adjustments can be negotiated as part of the contract renewal process.
