This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. Solicitation number TIRNO-12-Q-00171a is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) with the evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $25 million. This is a set-aside for small business concerns. This is a brand name only requirement for the annual subscription maintenance renewal for the Electronic Crimes SonicWall equipment; therefore, the vendor to whom this order will be awarded must be an authorized reseller for SonicWall maintenance renewals. The award will be made on an all or none basis. The period of performance will be for one year (September 29, 2012 - September 28, 2013). The following items are required: (26 EA) 01-SCC-6168 SonicWall GAV/IPS for TZ200, 1 year; (2 EA) 01-SCC-7664 SonicWall GMS 10 node software upgrade; (1 EA) 01-SCC-6133 SonicWall GAV/IPS for NSA 4500, 1 year; (60 EA) 01-SSC-6165 SonicWall GAV/IPS for TZ210 Series, 1 year; (1 EA) 01-SSC-3374 SonicWall Comprehensive GMS E-Class Support 24x7, 25 nodes; (1 EA) 01-SSC-3376 SonicWall Comprehensive GMS E-Class Support 24x7, 100 nodes; (40 EA) 01-SCC-6912 SonicWall Gateway Anit-Virus, Anti-Spyware intrusion prevention service for 10/25 node TZ180 Series, 1 year The award will be made to one offeror who fully meets the requirements as presented here and in the attached RFQ Standard Form 18. See the attached RFQ Standard Form 18 for all provisions applicable to this synopsis/RFQ. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 14 days from the posted date of this announcement. The government intends to award a firm fixed price order. All quotes must include price(s); FOB point if applicable; a POC (name and telephone number); business size and payment terms.
