Work will be performed at the contractor's site and at DISA Headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland, with classified work restricted to government facilities. Required capabilities include expertise in user-centric design for disconnected, disrupted, intermittent, and limited (DDIL) environments, EMS mission analysis workflow optimization, and the integration of physics-based modeling and simulation into cloud and edge environments.
