The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit, Design and Construction, on behalf of the Hudson Valley DDSOO, is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform required work for Installation of New Fire Alarm Systems at 97 Thiells-Mt Ivy Rd, Pomona, NY 10970 and 55 Greycourt Rd, Chester, NY 10918. The Project Manual and Drawings for the project may be obtained via the Documents tab for this project advertisement. Bids for this project must be received prior to the time of the Bid Opening, as detailed in the Project Manual full Advertisement for Bids. Contractors who are interested in submitting a Bid for this project should carefully examine and be familiar with the Drawings and Specifications, and the Project Manual including all Bidding, Contracting, and General Requirement Specification Documents. Site Visit: Bidders are strongly urged to attend the Site Visits to be held at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, and Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Greycourt SOIRA and 12:30 PM on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 and Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Grove IRA, to take field measurements and examine existing conditions of the project area.
