New Foundations Charter School will receive sealed bids for the New Foundations Charter Elementary School and High School Painting Project in the form of a single prime lump sum contract through PennBid no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on Monday, May 25, 2026.
A pre-bid meeting and walk through for the project will be held at 9:00 AM, prevailing time, Thursday May 7, 2026 at 8001 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136.
Questions during the bidding process shall be submitted by RFI format through PennBid. If additional information is required concerning these bids, contact Jennifer Dorn, Director of Non-Academic Operations via email at jdorn@newfoundations.org.
Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents. The New Foundations Charter School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
