The anticipated requierment is for work to be performed at Acorn Campground, New Hogan Lake, Valley Springs, CA.  Work will include removing one existing waterborne restroom; removal/disposal of any and all debris associated with the project to an offsite location; purchase and placement of one (1) new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom; connection to existing utilities to include water, electrical and sewer. Includes delivery to the location, final utility connections, which will include all associated incidental requirements to complete installations that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and state and national building codes.


This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238910 – Site Preparation Contractors. The size standard is $19 million.  Product Service Code is N054 – Installation of Equipment – Prefabricated Structures and Scaffolding.
