The Port of Long Beach has entered into an eight-year License Agreement with Greenlane Infrastructure, LLC to install and operate eight public heavy-duty truck charging lanes at 1265 Harbor Avenue, encompassing approximately 20,231 square feet of land within the Clean Trucks Center. Greenlane Infrastructure accepts the premises in its current “as is” condition with no warranties or guarantees from the Port, and any future modifications or improvements to the site are contingent upon obtaining a Harbor Development Permit. The term of the agreement begins upon execution by the Port’s Chief Executive Officer and will remain in effect for a fixed duration of eight years without provision for renewal or extension. The project, which includes associated electrical infrastructure and accessory structures, is classified under CEQA categorical exemptions for existing facilities, minor land alterations, and new small structures, eliminating the need for formal environmental review under California law. No pricing, contract value, or cost details are disclosed, and the arrangement is not structured as a competitive federal procurement but rather as an administrative land use license. The Port of Long Beach retains oversight through its Environmental Planning Division, with Amy Wong serving as the primary point of contact and Tannaz Banisadre of Greenlane Infrastructure serving as the applicant’s representative. Performance is limited to the specified site in Long Beach, California, with no defined delivery, shipping, inspection, or payment terms outlined. The agreement does not include federal FAR clauses, contract options, key personnel requirements, security clearances, or acquisition-specific evaluation factors, nor does it reference any federal contracting codes, payment systems, or accounting identifiers. The focus is strictly on land use authorization and environmental compliance under California regulations.
