New Manufacture (Spares): Control, Power Supply / NSN 6130014164298

The U.S. Government is seeking to procure nine new manufacture spares of the Control, Power Supply, NSN 6130014164298FW, part number 739557E, exclusively from Hamilton Sundstrand, the sole approved source, under a non-competitive acquisition authorized by FAR 6.302. This item is required for the B-2 aircraft’s A/A24 system, with dimensions of 25.00 inches in length, 15.00 inches in width, and 14.50 inches in height, weighing 22.80 pounds, and must be delivered by August 31, 2030, to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The Government has determined that technical data necessary for competitive sourcing is not physically available, cannot be obtained economically, and cannot be adequately described in specifications, justifying sole-source procurement.
