SCOPE, REQUIREMENTS, AND BASIS OF AGREEMENT FOR NAZARETH BOROUGH MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES NEW NAZARETH BOROUGH MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY MEETING ANNEX INVITATION TO BID: SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT The Nazareth Borough Municipal Authority is soliciting bids from contractors to build the new Nazareth Borough Municipal Authority Meeting Annex, located at S. Church Street Center Street, Nazareth, PA 18064 Bid responses must be submitted, electronically via PennBid, https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com . no later than April 9, 2024, at 4:00 pm. A bid tabulation of all responses received will consist only of the name and address of recording respondents, and it will be issued as a Public Notice on PennBid by April 10th, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Receiving the bid package: The full bid package can be downloaded from PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Submission of bids: Email bid responses shall be submitted via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Pre-bid meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held on March 6, 2024, at 3:00 pm, at the site of the project. The Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof or items therein, and to waive technicalities required as deemed in the best interest of the Municipal Authority. Omission of any information may be sufficient cause of rejection of the proposal. It is understood that by requesting this bid response, the Municipal Authority shall not create any contractual rights or obligations by and between the Municipal Authority and any person or entity responding hereto. This proposal is subject to the General Conditions Provisions attached to the bid document.
