Full Description

Middletown Township, Bucks County, will utilize electronic bidding to receive sealed bids for the 2024 Middletown Township New Outdoor Deck Project on the Barn at Community Park. Sealed bids must be submitted online through the PennBid electronic procurement program prior to Wednesday, 5/1/2024 at 11:00 AM ET. The anticipated award date is May 15. Construction must occur anytime between August 12 and November 1, 2024. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost through PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 4/10/24 at 10 AM. Bidders are required to provide Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount bid. Bid Security may be provided in the form of a certified check, or a bid bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
