This is a non-personal services contract to provide Uniform and Mat Rental and Laundry Service weeklydelivery of rental uniforms and laundry service for Washington Aqueduct (WA) in the District of Columbia. The governmentshall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contractservice providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the government. The contractorshall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items andnon-personal services necessary to perform laundry and weekly delivery andpickup of uniform at WA as defined in thisperformance work statement except forthose items specified as government furnished property and services.
