The City of Meriden is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the Owner’s Project Manager for the construction of the new Casimir Pulaski Elementary School at 1 King Place in Meriden, Connecticut. The selected firm will act as the sole owner’s representative and project manager on behalf of both the City and the Meriden Public School District, overseeing all phases of the project from initial planning and design through construction and final closeout. This role includes comprehensive project management duties such as coordinating with architects and contractors, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and supporting the pursuit and administration of an anticipated state school building grant from the State of Connecticut. The firm must demonstrate proven expertise in educational facility projects and the ability to navigate public sector procurement and funding frameworks.
