The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming State Construction Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 23, 2024, for the Wyoming State Forestry Division Newcastle Field Office Boiler Replacement project located in Newcastle, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of demolition and removal of the cast iron section boiler, air separator, venting, hydronic piping in the boiler room, electrical components for the boilers and existing boiler controls from the basement, etc. Installing a new turnkey boiler system complete with new boilers, air separator, expansion tank, Category IV venting, hydronic piping within the boiler room, roof patching, existing system pumps to remain and be reconnected, etc. The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home . A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. MT on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 starting at 431 Delaware Ave., Newcastle, WY 82701. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on October 11, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on October 17, 2024. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. on October 11, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
