NEXT LEVEL SOCCER SCHOOL LLC

The City of San Jacinto is approving the establishment of an indoor health and fitness facility operating as Next Level Soccer School LLC. The project, identified by Case Number PROJ25-0200 / USE 25-0113, is located at 1215 S. Buena Vista Street, Suite D, within the San Jacinto Industrial Association Complex in Riverside County, California. The facility will occupy an existing 2,480-square-foot tenant space and will be used for small-group indoor soccer training with a maximum occupancy limit of six persons at any one time. The scope of work is limited to minor interior alterations and a change of occupancy, specifically the installation of artificial turf. There are no proposed new structures and no ground disturbance will occur. Due to the limited nature of the improvements, the project qualifies for a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 for existing facilities and a Common Sense Exemption under Section 15061(b)(3), as the activity is determined to have no significant effect on the environment.
