This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


The Forest Service request Forest wide Drinking Water Testing services for the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests, Latah County, Idaho.  The contractor shall process and test drinking water samples delivered to the Laboratory within the required 24hrs of sample taken to produce test reports and results for Total Coliform/Ecoli Test monthly, and Nitrate Tests (1 per system Annually), and PFAS Sampling as needed up to 14 per year. The Government estimates between 5 and 50 samples per month, with the winter months being the low and summer months being the high, it is possible certain summer months may exceed 50 if tests show positive results.
