This is a DRAFT of the solicitation associated with DHS APFS record F2020051911 for USFA NFA Program Support Services that is intended to be issued in the near future as a combined synopsis solicitation...the NAICS, PSC, set-aside, etc. as reflected in this Special Notice are not planned to change for the future combined synopsis solicitation. The purposes of positing this DRAFT are industry familiarization / preview of this requirement and to solicit feedback, comments, or questions (please use Attachment 5). The current target is a later April to early May 2021 solicitation issuance based on the the applicable Wage Determination being due for a revision so please try to provide any feedback, comments, or questions prior to then.
