Industry Day Conference The Government will host a GEOAxIS Industry Day on Friday, 27 March 2020, beginning at 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) in the Goddard conference room at NGA Campus East located at 7500 GEOINT Drive, Springfield, VA 22150. Check-in will begin at the NCE Visitor Control Center (VCC) at 12:30 PM. The intent of this conference is to provide interested industry partners an overview of the GEOAxIS Next acquisition strategy, and an opportunity for vendors to solicit comments, suggestions, and questions. Industry Day Registration and Security: To attend the GEOAxIS Next Industry Day, attendees must register by emailing Melissa Jehle at Melissa.A.Jehle@nga.mil. You will then be sent a form to fill out to complete a Visitor Access Request if you do not have an IC Badge. If you do have an IC badge you must note that on your registration email. The GEOAxIS Next Industry Day will be held at the UNCLASSIFIED level. Those individuals WHO HAVE an IC Badge must bring the badge to the conference in order to gain entrance. Upon arrival at NCE, Conference Center Badges are issued to all visitors at the start of the event and must be returned prior to exiting the building. All attendees are required to show a valid state or federal issued photo identification (i.e. a driver's license, state identification card, Common Access Card (CAC), IC badge or passport) to gain access into the facility. Non-US citizens will be required to show a valid passport. Both Registration and Visitor Access Requests must be completed by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, 20 March 2020. Failure to meet these deadlines will preclude entry to the Industry Day. Each vendor will be limited to three (3) attendees. Registration requests after the deadline, to include walk-ins on the day of the conference, will not be accepted. You are highly encouraged to bring a copy of your email notification confirming that you have been registered to help resolve any registration conflicts.
