AI Contract Overview
The National Guard Bureau's Operational Contracting Division is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice to identify capable vendors for the manufacture and delivery of 541 presentation seal plaques. The project is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price contract, potentially set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 339999. The plaques must be 14 inches in diameter and 3/4 inch thick, constructed of wood, and adhere to specific Pantone color standards. The government will provide digital artwork, which must be used exclusively for this contract, and requires a production-representative sample for approval within 15 calendar days of award before full production begins. Delivery is scheduled for September and October 2026, following a three-stage shipment process: an initial 200 plaques, a second batch of 200, and a final delivery of 141. All shipments are FOB Destination, and the contractor is responsible for all shipping costs. Each plaque must be individually wrapped to prevent damage and packed in sturdy outer containers marked with the contract number, quantity, and destination. Interested parties must submit a capability-focused executive summary of no more than ten pages by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 21, 2026, including their UEI, CAGE code, and small business status.
