NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 001 AND QUESTION AND ANSWER 001 1. RFQ – Amendment 001 (2022-04-20) has been published.  It was amended to correct the following entries:             (a)         Title Page – Client Reference No.;(b)         Part 6 – Resulting Contract Clauses – Subsection 6.2 Software Maintenance and Support; and(c)         TABLE 1 – Initial Deliverables Description. The changes have been highlighted in red and underlined for ease of reference. 2. The document “Bidder’s Question and Answer – Question du soumissionnaire et réponse - 001” has been published.NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, 1341 Baseline Road, Ottawa, Ontario requires NGINX Software Maintenance and Support as outlined in the attached Request for Quotations. A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing. Please refer to the Request for Quotations document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email or through the Procure to Pay (P2P) portal.
