The Ministry of Transportation (“MTO” or “Ministry”) is seeking the services of a consultant with expertise and experience in aviation including Airport infrastructure, air transport economics and market analysis, passenger demand forecasting and modelling, private investment dealings, as well as Canadian air sector/industry, Airports and regulatory environment (e.g. regulations, standards, stakeholders and best practices) to undertake an air access feasibility study in support of Ontario’s Destination Niagara Strategy (DNS) being led by Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming (MTCG).
