The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Gordon, GA 30905 on behalf of U.S. Army, Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Gordon, GA 30905, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for NIDA Cards with 41 U.S.C. 19001 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5 Sole Source Manufacturer. (40 Each) Model 3341, Basic Microwave Training System, NIDA Cards The Government intends to award a one Base year (1) contract. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date on or about 28 April 2022 to NIDA Corporation, 300 S John Rodes Blvd, Melbourne FL, 32904, CAGE Code is 4T151. The proposed sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to NIDA Corporation for the procurement of NIDA Basic Electronics Training Equipment for Electronic Warfare Training. PEO STRI has just fielded OEMTD with the upgraded NIDA BEMT II system. To ensure continuity across the force, the USACyS and OEMTD have agreed to co-utilize the BEMT facilities to support all EW and 94 series BEMT training. This requirement will fill the identified shortages in electronics cards and trainers that are needed for the EW Training. An approved Sole Source Justification and a Proprietary Letter accompanied the Purchase Request. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
