This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO to determine potential sources technically capable and qualified to provide NIJ Level IIIA Concealable Body Armor 5 x 8 soft Trauma Inserts with a durable lightweight, conductive material lining that protects officers from non-lethal energy weapons such as electroshock weapons and stun guns. 3.
